C&T Centre Nails & Spa is the data controller. Our booking and call-answering technology is operated on our behalf by Syntra (Galway, Ireland), who processes your data only on our instructions.

• Our phone line may be answered by an automated booking assistant, and calls are recorded for booking purposes.
• We collect your name, phone number, the service you request, and your preferred appointment time.
• Legal basis: taking steps to enter a contract with you (your booking) and our legitimate interest in managing appointments.

When you book online

• Online bookings made through this website are processed through our booking system to manage your appointment.
• We collect your name, contact details, and the appointment details you provide.
• This website may link to our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

When you visit this website

• Our website host collects basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) needed to deliver the site securely.
• We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep your data

• Call recordings and transcripts: deleted after 12 months.
• Booking records: kept while you remain a customer, and deleted on request.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our booking system: telephony and AI call processing, customer and booking management, and website hosting. Some providers are located outside the European Economic Area; where this is the case, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell your data.

Your rights
